Keep the class quiet so the bear can sleep. The louder the room, the angrier the bear gets!

About this tool

A sleeping bear in a cave reacts to how loud the classroom is. The quieter the room, the more peacefully it sleeps — get too loud and the bear wakes up furious!

How to use

1. Click "Start Listening" and allow microphone access
2. The bear sleeps while the class is quiet and gets grumpier as the room gets louder
3. Use the Sensitivity slider to match your room and microphone
4. Set the "Alarm at" level — when noise stays above it, the bear wakes up and a warning sounds
5. Toggle the alarm Sound on or off, and use Fullscreen to display it to the whole class
